Yarin Moshe Efraim

24

Yarin was working as a bar manager at Nova for the Dream Bar company. In the final moments, Irin was shot while trying to flee from the terrorists, yet he heroically saved others.

As they were escaping, a girl stumbled, and Yarin swiftly lifted her, carrying her to safety. He placed her in a vehicle, urging her to hide, ultimately ensuring her survival. During this chaos, one of the bartenders, whom Yarin had been in contact with, received guidance from Yarin on how to apply a tourniquet. This act of quick thinking and skillful assistance saved the lives of three individuals, all of whom lived to recount the harrowing ordeal.

Eliran Ephraim, Yarin’s cousin, recounted to "Israel Hayom '' the final conversation he had with Yarin, his cousing Eden, and their friend Oral: "The last time I spoke with them was on October 7th at 9:20 in the morning. They informed me that they were under fire. Initially, we didn't fully grasp the severity of the situation, but as time passed, it became increasingly clear." Ephraim, who was receiving updates about the incident in real-time, attempted to offer assistance in an incredibly challenging situation. "I urged them to stay together and tried to reassure them. I advised them to take cover and assured them that they would be safe. I believe they remained united until the very end. They were an incredibly resilient trio, standing strong together until the final moments."
