Shoham Jarfi

Age 26

Shoham was working at the Nova festival entrance with her sister, Shenhav, and cousin Liel. "When the first barrage started, they sent a message that they were running to a shelter until it ended. Gradually, we began to understand the magnitude of the situation from the reports, and then they were no longer available," recounted Shenhav's uncle. They were all found murdered at the scene.

The city mayor of their home town of Herzliya, Moshe Fadlon, eulogized them: "The heart is torn, and the mind refuses to believe. Blow after blow. After a week of agonizing waiting and hope, the bitter news arrived for the family."

Shoham worked as a fitness instructor and as an afternoon instructor at Brenner Elementary School in Herzliya on behalf of the Ezhar School network, which issued a statement that read: "With great sadness and gloomy grief, we are forced to inform you of the murder of Shoham Yaakov, a beloved instructor of the After School network and a daughter of the city of Herzliya, at the hands of the wrongdoers Endlessly cruel.

Shoham was buried on October 15th 2023, and leaves behind her parents Yechiel and Rachel.
