Dan Yehuda Zomer

Age 27

Dan was murdered after choosing to hide in a shelter, fleeing the party area.

"Dan texted me that they were shooting at him and that he was in the Be'eri area," His mother recounted, continuing with pain: "An hour later, Dan called, I only heard his breaths and screams. There was no response. My child was such a hero, trying to make every logical decision to survive, he called me from another phone and yelled, 'Mom, it's Dan, they're killing me,' and the call disconnected. "I can't even utter the words to describe who Dan was. He was a whole world, he touched so many places. Besides being a student and dreaming of becoming a psychologist, Dan played the drums and guitar from a very young age. He wrote, sang, composed, and always had deep conversations with his friends. Music was a very big part of his life."

Dan studied both digital marketing and behavioral sciences, and worked at Rankey as a SEO manager and content writer, making use of his creative mind. Dan lived in Rehovot, Israel.
