Yosef Ohana
Age 23 when abducted

Yosef-Haim Ohana, 23, was at the Nova music festival when Hamas terrorists attacked early in the morning on October 7th.
Amidst the chaos, he and a friend worked to assist the injured at the festival, transporting them to medics and ambulances that were on hand for the festival. They then attempted to escape themselves.
Tragically, his friend last saw Yosef-Haim as they fled toward the main road, just as an RPG (rocket-propelled grenade) was fired by the terrorists. The RPG struck the car where Yosef-Haim's friend was hiding, and while he survived, he lost sight of Yosef-Haim in the chaos.
For several weeks, Yosef-Haim was considered missing. Eventually, his mother Miri received notification from the Israeli army that her son was being held captive in Gaza.
Yosef-Haim, who works as a barman, is the oldest of three brothers. Unfortunately, one of his younger brothers passed away several years ago due to an illness.
